Pics of his home. I'm sure he totally redid it.

Why would he send out a press release giving the world his home address stating it's his home address? He owns it as husband and wife and states it's their personal residence. He didn't send out a PR when he and his wife bought the little place in Pasadena. I never sent out a press release when I bought a home. That would be silly, and I owned homes in the past worth more than this in far better areas.
He says he's a partner in his first law firm and now this one. In his current firm there are 800 partners. His last firm also had 750-800 "partners." He's not one of the five main partners. How is that a "partner?" I think it may be like 100% real estate offices. You use their name, desk for a fee, bring in your own business.
I noticed he's refinanced twice since he bought it and his loan got bigger. His mortgage is about $3,500/mo, property taxes $1,000/mo, insurance $250/mo, utilities $500... His monthly home nut is approximately $5,000 minimum. Your monthly mortgage should be no more than 28% of your gross income or 30% of your net. He had to make $12,500/mo minimum or $150,000/yr. His wife has a job but he may have kids.
I just checked out his law firm. They make about $70,000/yr and work a lot of hours. They are always hiring because people are always leaving because of low pay, too many hours and no support. His last firm Jackson Lewis was similar. Bailey & Galyen is the same. They also have really bad reviews for their lawyers. Maybe unethical lawyers work at these firms that pay low wages and force the lawyers to do a lot of work. The reviews also said there is very little support.
When I first started at Merrill Lynch is was similar. I negotiated a 70/30 split which was unheard of at that time. Everyone got 50/50 then 60/40 after you made a certain amount per year. They were supposed to provide an office, name, business cards, phone... I did a ton of work with no support. I got my experience within six months and left to go on my own as a full broker. I've been on my own ever since. I actually previously retired. Because of all the horrible things Amanda Lollar has done I now have to go back to work. Still, at least I'm working for myself. If Dean Rocco is a good lawyer, why doesn't he work for himself in a shared office? He obviously needs his wife's salary to pay the mortgage. He'd never qualify on his own.
FTR I am pulling all content from the public real estate site. Nothing is located in this blog. I just embedded it. None of this is private information. He gave his client copies of all lawsuits by everyone named "Cummins" in Southern California falsely claiming I was all of them. She posted them on her website stating the same. Amanda Lollar also falsely stated I sued my grandmother and the church. I most certainly did not. Dean Rocco obviously feels that is a nice thing to do to someone. He did the same thing with my social security number. He illegally gave it to his client who used it to harm me. Amanda Lollar, Dean Rocco are both horrible unethical people. At least I never lie about people or share information protected by a court order. I have Amanda Lollar's social security number which the police gave me by accident. I could share it any time I want legally but I haven't. That's because I'm not a horrible unethical person like Amanda Lollar and Dean Rocco.
