Dean Rocco is currently an attorney at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker located at
555 S Flower St Ste 2900, Los Angeles, CA 90071. If you take a look at the reviews the firm gets, they are pretty poor.

I did some research. They mainly represent insurance companies whose clients get sued for harassment, unlawful termination and such. Insurance companies hire them because they are cheaper than other firms. Wilson, Elser pay the young inexperienced lawyers $70,000 a year. They are cheaper because they hire new attorneys with little or no experience. They care more about neat desks and people wearing suits. They are against diversity it seems and everyone is expected to be a conservative republican. This is directly from online reviews.

How should insurance companies feel about them? In this case Dean Rocco has made many mistakes which cost his client a LOT of money. He filed things incorrectly which were rejected and he had to refile such as substitutions of attorney. You have to file one for each client. He should know that. I'm sure he billed Chubb insurance a few thousand to fix his own mistakes.

The case could have been instantly settled for very little cost if Dean Rocco had instructed his client to remove their libel. Dean Rocco didn't care because it's not his money. He liked defending this case because he makes money. He probably cost Chubb insurance $30,000 in fees to Jackson, Lewis and Wilson, Elser.

Dean A Rocco pads his bill to insurance companies. In my case he printed out a stack of paper one inch thick. The items had nothing to do with the case. Then he charged his client $6,500 which he can never recover for the client. He spent a lot of time and money defending a restraining order through motions when all he had to do was show up to a hearing. He probably charged them $12,000 for $500 worth of work. In contrast a TX attorney at his own firm who gets $350 an hour told the Judge it cost him $500 to file a motion and show up for a hearing. Then why does inexperienced Dean Rocco who works with 800 lawyers charge $12,000?

He also could have settled the case by telling his client to stop attacking me. Instead he not only encouraged it but he aided and abetted by giving her my social security and banking information illegally. He also gave her documents for her to use to harass me even more. He stokes the fire so the lawsuit will continue and get more involved so he can make more money. He does not care about the client, the insurance company. Neither does Jackson, Lewis and Wilson, Elser. They actively harass the plaintiff to cause the lawsuit to continue.

Here's another one. I sent an offer to settle to him. He never gave it to the client. If he had, they would have saved $30,000. Again, he doesn't care about the client. He only cares about making money for himself.

Dean Rocco refuses to answer discovery. He forces the plaintiff to file motions to compel which the Plaintiff wins. I won all of my motions to compel because I was in the right and he knew it. All he did was rack up a bill for his client and employer. Chubb insurance loses money. Jackson, Lewis makes money.

Back to his legal mistakes. He let discovery run out before deposing people. He stupidly sent a subpoena to someone over 100 miles away which is unenforceable. Why didn't he Google the distance? I called up the person he was supposed to depose and told them they didn't have to respond because it was too far away. It was too late for Dean Rocco to send another subpoena.

I am appealing one case because the judge was dead wrong. That will cost the client and insurance company $20,000 at least and I will win. An identical case was recently won on appeal from the same judge. I basically already have my appeal written. Again, if Dean Rocco cared about the client he would have settled it. In fact when I sent him cease and desists telling him to tell his client to stop sending guys to assault me, he could have told her to stop. He did not. The Judge in my case even told him to tell his client to leave me alone. He didn't. She attacked me even more. I'm sure he encourages her to attack me more to keep the lawsuits going so he can make money.

You'd really have to be an idiot to hire Dean Rocco or this firm. They don't care about the client. They rack up the bills, file needless documents to make money. They make mistakes which cause their clients money. They don't try to settle because then they don't make legal fees. They stoke the fire to keep the lawsuits going.

One other thing. Dean Rocco, Jackson/Lewis, Wilson/Elser are extremely unethical. They will commit perjury, fraud, lie, cheat in legal documents and in hearings. They will also threaten clients and opposing sides. This is not just Dean Rocco. His boss Jackson/Lewis and Wilson/Elser approve of this behavior. These firms not only approve but obviously encourage their lawyers to commit fraud upon the court by lying.
