Two very well known and experienced lawyers wrote amicus briefs on my behalf in my appeal. Both of these lawyers asked for all the documents and court records which I gave to them. They wrote their own letters based on their areas of expertise.
Los Angeles attorney David Casselman is a very well known and extremely brilliant and experienced animal law lawyer. I've known him since at least 2005, almost ten years. We see each other at various political and animal events including the Paw Project and Zoo elephant lawsuit. He's asked for my advice about exotic, wild and farm animal permits and regulations. I gladly help him any time he asks. We both met with Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa soon after he was first elected to talk about animal issues. Washington attorney Paul Alan Levy is a very well known and extremely brilliant and experienced freedom of speech lawyer. I've known him since 1998 through ACLU-NC and another freedom of speech group when I represented myself pro and won the Ashton Technology v Mary Cummins and the Kathy Knight-McConnell cases. Here is an article that best describes him as "The web bully's worst enemy." I was introduced to him in 1998 during my first defamation case when I outed Ashton Technology which was boiler room'd and pump and dumped by the Philly mob.
Both of these lawyers have over 35 years of experience each in their fields. These are the two amicus letters, briefs they wrote on my behalf. I did not pay them. They did this because they believe in what's right.

Immediately after these two people sent in their amicus briefs someone from Randy Turner's office and Bat World Sanctuary called them up to harass them. This female bad mouthed me and said they should have never helped me. Based on what one of these lawyers said it sounds like they were threatened for merely writing an honest and accurate amicus brief. One of the lawyers called me up and told me this right after he received the harassing call.
Since then Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary admitted they were contacted. She then lies and says they told her they never read any of the documents and just took me at my word. They read the underlying documents. One of the lawyers even grilled me because he found it so hard to believe there could be this much corruption. Yes, there was that much corruption in the Texas district court.
Again I ask what type of person harasses well known honest lawyers who merely write an amicus brief on behalf of someone who is 100% in the right? Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary in Texas. She admitted it on her Facebook page. I saved the post. This is truly despicable behavior.

I report people who commit securities fraud and animal cruelty to authorities. In retaliation I am sued for defamation as a whistle blower. I won my first two and am now in appeal in my last case. The opinion should be released soon.
