Kid Ink aka Brian Collins sued for vicious dog bite - Mary Cummins, Animal Advocates, Los Angeles, California

UPDATE: The victim Garnick Nazarian had severe injuries and needed multiple surgeries.

Rapper Kid Ink real name Brian Collins was recently sued because his dog viciously attacked Garnick Nazarian (Case BC554797). The owner who rented the house to Kid Ink is also being sued along with Kid Ink's girlfriend and model Asia (sic) Azante (Asiah Azante) aka Asia Sade, owner of the home Patricia Pineda, the Brindlewood Community Home Owners Association and Fidelity Management Services which manages the property.

Plaintiff Garnik Nazarian in his complaint states he went to deliver a pizza to Kid Ink and Azante August 2, 2013 at a home he was renting at 12097 Delante Ave, Granada Hills, CA 91344. Kid Ink's dog "Louis" attacked Garnik while he was on the premises. As per the complaint the "Plaintiff suffered severe physical injuries to his hands, arms, legs, face, and other body parts." Plaintiff needed extensive medical care and hospital treatment. The injury has affected his ability to work. According to the complaint the dog "Louie" had "an unusually dangerous nature including a tendency to attack humans." Plaintiff states Defendants did not restrain Louie or warn him about his dangerous tendency. Not very wise to not restrain your dog when a stranger shows up at the door.
