Just read Appellees reply to my appeal brief. They are flat out lying and wrong

Reading their reply actually makes me mad. They are flat out lying and completely wrong. Everything I said was the absolute truth. They did not prove that anything I said was false. They also clearly stated that they had no proof of financial damages. Now they try to argue that donations were down. They did not prove that in court. Amanda Lollar just made a chart based on Lord only knows what numbers. Her attorney even asked if she had financial documents to prove this. She clearly said no. Her income is almost triple what it used to be.

Their reply is only 33 pages. They constantly misquote the court record besides the facts. They misquoted about financial damages and lost programs. They stated in court they had no proof. They misquoted about rabies injections, illegal drugs, surgical procedures... I don't think the person who wrote the appeal was involved in the case. This of course only helps me.

For the life of me I don't know how attorneys can live with themselves after writing these lies and crap. And the sole purpose of all of this is what? Just to personally harm me when they can never get a cent out of me. Amanda Lollar, Randy Turner and the others are truly despicable people. I'm only glad that USDA, TPWD, BCI, F&W now realize that Amanda Lollar is a fraud who causes bats "pain, suffering" and "death." She violated the Animal Welfare Act which is a minimum, minimum care guide. Vivisectors and animal researchers have USDA permits.

What is even worse about this case is animal abusers such as Amanda Lollar are using this case to threaten people who would report them. Animal organizations who take donations but don't help animals are also using this case to shut up whistleblowers. This case has I'm sure has killed thousands of animals.
