I was reviewing an appraisal for someone in Texas. While I was in the Texas system I put in Randy Turner's address. He lists it publicly on the web under his name as he had political parties there, listed it on his speak cards and political donations. He is selling his house. Is he having money problems? Wife finally sick of him and wants a divorce? I can only wonder. She did complain about not being able to retire because she had to work to pay for her kid's education. 3 bedroom, 4 bath for $945,000 4,313 sf. What's funny is the horrible run down tiny 700 sf cabin I live in is worth more than his huge house on a huge lot. Even my previous 1,800 sf house was worth more than this.
