Animal Advocates is pleased to announce that we’ve received the GuideStar Exchange Gold participation level, a leading symbol of transparency and accountability provided by GuideStar USA, the premier source of non-profit information. This level demonstrates Animal Advocates' deep commitment to non-profit transparency and accountability, as we share a wealth of up-to-date information about our work to our constituents and supporters and with GuideStar’s  online audience of non-profits, grant makers, individual donors, and the media.

In order to be awarded the GuideStar Exchange Gold logo, Animal Advocates had to complete every required field of the non-profit report page on Guidestar, providing a comprehensive look at our organization, from mission and goals to community programs.

Mary Cummins President of Animal Advocates stated "we’re proud of our work, eager to share it and look forward to doing more good non-profit work in the sunshine of openness and accountability."
