Bingo! Dr. Gary Michelson donated to DA Jackie Lacey who then went after his ex-biz partners criminally

Yesterday I was thinking that it was very odd that District Attorney Jackie Lacey would go after Dr. Gary Michelson's ex-business partners. There was already a civil case which Dr. Gary Michelson won by default. He beat his opponents to death with his wallet. I guess I am very lucky that I can write my own legal documents. Amanda Lollar and Bat World Sanctuary have four law firms against me papering me with multiple motions. I am responding.

I thought that Dr. Gary Michelson probably donated to District Attorney Jackie Lacey but I didn't know where to search it. Just found it. He did indeed donate to her in the primary and run off. Here is a link to the search engine. Every time I suspect someone or some entity of bad doings the actual truth is much, much worse than my hunches or what I can uncover myself.

Why is the district attorney using state and county funds to get vengeance for an individual? There was already a civil case. These people are now penniless. We're talking possible white collar crime here, not murderers or rapists. The crime was not committed on US soil. The supposed crims are not in Los Angeles County, California. That means the County had to pay to extradite them from Texas and Idaho. I bet that cost a lot of money. I looked at the extradiction orders. They came from LA County after all. How much will this cost the county? I remember DA candidate Jackie Lacey saying she's going to get rid of unethical behavior, wasting County funds... She appears to be a hypocrite. Gary Michelson seems to have the DA in his pocket. I'm sure Gary promised even more money to her like he did with Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.

I'm doing more research. I know you can only donate a maximum of $1,500 per candidate. I believe if there is a primary and runoff, you can donate twice as much. Still, why are the donor and candidates names different when the committee number is the same?

District Attorney Jackie Lacey even sent out a press release about it June 19, 2013, see below. That is copy paste from a website that picked it up. She announced she would run in 2011, was elected November 2012. Before this she was the chief deputy district attorney since 2011. Dr. Gary Michelson donates money April 25, 2012. The investigation was launched May 2012 but they didn't do anything until March 2013. I did tell Gary that if he wants politicians to listen to him he's going to have to give them money so this is not a shock to me.

More interesting. I went to the DA's website and searched news. No press release is listed. I then used the county search engine to search their site. Nada. I then used my search engine to search the county DA site and I found the press release in pdf hidden in the website. Why did the district attorney remove it from the news page and search results? Probably because everyone can put two and two together. I saved a copy.

Even more interesting. This was most likely a fund raiser. The max donation was $1,500. I bet Dr. Gary Michelson went to that fundraiser and spoke to District Attorney Jackie Lacey directly. I bet the other $1,500 donation was another such fund raiser. When you go to a fundraiser, they don't log the contribution until the next day.

"Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey announced today that a Sun Valley, Idaho, man is being extradited on charges that he and a co-defendant defrauded a prominent Los Angeles surgeon and inventor out of $28 million over six years.

Neil David Campbell, 65,  is expected to be arraigned on Friday at the Foltz Criminal Justice Center on 140 counts of grand theft of property. Campbell has been in custody on $10 million bail since his June 7 arrest in Idaho.

Campbell and co-defendant Philip Richard Powers, 58, are charged with defrauding noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. Gary Michelson by encouraging him to invest in property in Costa Rica for teak farming. The pair allegedly inflated the price of land purchased between December 2000 and July 2006 and skimmed the difference, said Deputy District Attorney Robert Knowles of the White Collar Crime Division.

The District Attorney’s office launched an investigation in May 2012. Campbell and Powers were charged on March 21 with 140 counts each of grand theft of property in case BA409225.
Powers, who was living in Costa Rica, was arraigned May 28 in Los Angeles Superior Court and pleaded not guilty. Powers, who is being held on $2.5 million bail, returns to court July 12 in Department 30 to set a date for his preliminary hearing.

If convicted on all charges, each man faces more than 100 years in state prison."
