UPDATE: I just read this article from Vanity Fair 1992. I believe he did it. I also believe he is royally effed up in the head. Mia found fully nude spread eagle pics of Soon-Yi in Woody's apartment taken by Woody in his apartment. Woody said "I love her. I will marry her." Two minutes later he begs forgiveness, says he'll never do it again, Soon-Yi meant nothing to him then he proposes to Mia. Wrong on so many levels. Recently Dylan Farrow released a letter stating she was molested by her stepfather Woody Allen when she was seven. No charges were filed against Woody Allen. The prosecutor stated they had probable cause but did not want to stress Dylan who was fragile. I can understand that. Of course Woody Allen is now stating that because they didn't file charges that means he never molested her and she made it all up. Statute of limitations are over so nothing can be done now. The police also seemed to have instantly destroyed their notes which is odd. We probably will never know what really happened.
The molestations charges aside there is still one huge glaring wrong doing by Woody Allen which people seem to be overlooking. Woody Allen started dating Mia Farrow in 1980. Woody was 45, Mia was 35 and Soon-Yi was 10. True, Woody never married Mia, did not adopt Soon-Yi and they didn't live in the same apartment. Who cares. Woody Allen admitted that he began a physical relationship with Soon-Yi in 1991 while he was still dating Mia Farrow. Soon-Yi is 19 but still living with Mia Farrow. Woody Allen is 56. In 1992 Mia Farrow is at Woody Allen's apartment and finds naked photos of Soon-Yi taken in Woody's apartment by Woody. Woody admits he's been having sex with his girlfriend's daughter. Mia dumped him. Soon-Yi moved from Mia's place to Woody's.
Woody states he was glad Mia found the photos because he wanted to end the relationship. That shows how clueless and classless he is. When questioned about him dating his much younger step daughter he claims he's not the father, neither is Mia. The legalities or blood relation have nothing to do with it. Woody goes on to say about the age difference "hey, you want what you want." That is how clueless and messed up he is.
I side with Mia and Ronan on this issue. There are some basic relationship rules. You do not date your child or your spouse's child even if you're not married and the children are adopted. That is incestuous and can only harm your ex-spouse and the child. You also don't date your ex-spouse's sister or brother. And you don't date your mother or father's ex-spouse. Woody Allen is totally in the wrong. Soon-Yi was also in the wrong. She was an adult at age 19 when they began the physical relationship.
As soon as I heard the story of Soon-Yi in 1992 I never watched another Woody Allen movie or read any of his writings. All I could think of is what a piece of shit Woody Allen is. The way he reacted to the situation is even worse. He didn't apologize. He just basically said "whatever, bye." Disgusting pervert who does not care about people or children.
